It's kinda scary to think no one noticed how young he was. Unless he's like the most fully developed 14 year old in Chicago? Guess it's better that he wanted to protect and serve rather than do something illegal (though what he did was illegal haha)

I think this story is almost kind of cute, despite being absolutely terrifying.
