Yeah I didn't know it was possible to handcuff a CHILD and still be treating them like a human being, but okay.
I mean, I'll also go with the idea that if a girl of 15 is screaming and crying and begging not to go back to what we know if basically a prison for people who ARE NOT CRIMINALS, maybe there's a good reason.
I also just read that migrant children have been forcibly drugged at some government centers.(1)
These policies are just inhuman. But it doesn't surprise me, given the fact that it's pretty clear many (including many US border patrol agents) would prefer immigrants DIE rather than make it to the US side of the border.(2)
