I found this to make me feel slightly hopeful about it all. I'm sure the Republicans will cut foreign aid back. :( Plus. it seems like everyone, except Tillerson. want to pull out of the Paris Agreement. :(

I just read an article online about the possibility that African soil might become more hospitable to plant growth due to global warming. Sadly, from the frequent droughts and crop failure many African countries experience, I think the opposite will be true.
