Liver Sausage Bologna Loaf

3 slice bologna
3 slice liver sausage
2/3 lb bologna
2/3 lb liver sausage
3 tbsp dill pickle, minced
2 tbsp chili sauce4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp celery, chopped
2 tsp onion juice
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 loaf unsliced bread
3 tbsp butter
1 tomato wedges
1 stuffed olives

Directions

Put bologna through food chopper; add chili sauce, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and lemon juice; mix to a smooth paste. Mash live sausage; add pickle, celery, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining mayonnaise; mix to a smooth paste. Cut crust from bread, slice in 3 lengthwise slices. Place one slice on baking sheet and spread with bologna paste; top with second slice of bread; spread with liver
sausage paste. Top with remaining slice of bread. Spread entire loaf with butter. Arrange alternate slices of sausage/bologna on top. Bake in moderate oven (350~) 30 mins. Put tomatoes and olives on top.

Garnish with liver.

Jellied Tomato Refresher

1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
1/4 c cold water
3 c tomato juice
2 tbsp dehydrated green pepper flakes
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 medium green pepper, cut in rings (optional)

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Combine tomato juice, pepper flakes, sugar, lemon juice, bouillon, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and cloves in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add softened gelatin; stir to dissolve. Pour into bowl. Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, beat lightly with fork. Spoon mixture, evenly divided, into 4 dessert dishes. Garnish with green pepper rings, if desired. Serves 4.

Absolutely! It's from the 50s or 60s, and ends up looking like tomato chunks that haven't quite been chunked enough.
