I'm so glad I have that day off of work. It was actually somewhat of an accident. I took the 7th and 8th off because my fiance's birthday is on the 8th. Then I figured out several months later that it worked out nicely for me to get election day off as well =P

As much as I would LOVE to spend the day in bed with the covers over my head, I have a 4-yo niece who needs collecting from preschool, and minding until her parents get off work. (My BIL is taking a half day, but intends to go see Doctor Strange.) I'm hoping my 12-yo niece will be with her father, so I don't have to go out twice.
