A Republican party office in North Carolina was firebombed overnight and a nearby building was scrawled with graffiti warning "Nazi Republicans" to "leave town or else," authorities said Sunday.
Kinda, yeah. I mean, not that there aren't people on the left mad enough to be bad actors, but there is that history there. Though i don't know if an inside job would have gone all the way to "Nazi".
Tbh the use of 'Nazi' makes me more inclined to think it's an inside job. Now when someone points out a fascist comment or something specifically Nazi-esque, alt-rights can claim that such words are hate speech that lead to real-world violence. (And until now, they didn't have any real response to that other than 'nuh uh' and 'emails'.)
