I just want to say how much I appreciate your posts/translations. I haven't lived in Korea in a long time, and my Korean/reading comprehension is at a shamefully basic level. When I try to read Korean political news, I get lost in all the complicated terminology, so these translations are super helpful. Thank you <3

But this news is seriously distressing. I've been on the fence about renouncing my Korean citizenship and applying for US citizenship instead - but I might wait and see how the election goes next month, lol.

This is just so obviously anti-democratic and such an abuse of power, how horrible.
