You have every right to be, if this can happen to a country like Brazil, what about the weaker democracies? We are seeing a strong dictator rise in Turkey, and now this happens in Brazil? This doesn't set up a precedent worldwide, but it really shows how fragile democracy can be.
As you said in your post below, this isn't exactly new for Brazil, but it is very unfair. When things are going poorly for a country you can't just kick the person who is democratically elected out, especially when they are doing something (like you said) that other people in the gov do all the time.
It is so frustrating to see when power does to people.
Don't even trip on it! I just grabbed the first article I saw so I could get it up since it's big ~political news~ and I know we got Brazilians here. Probably should've reconsidered the Yahoo bag-grab, but I appreciate your effort in making sure we all know what's up.
