Elizabeth Warren is the surrogate he was supposed to be. His supporters have become Clinton’s. How Sanders overplayed his hand.On Monday, Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren campaigned together in Cincinnati. Their message was clear: Donald Trump is a “thin-skinned bully who is driven by greed and hate,” as Warren put it, and the Democratic Party ( Read more... )

Lmao! I don't know 1 Bernie supporter who supports Clinton. The few who are going tp vote for her are doing it because Trump is the other option. So yeah... And before you start calling them Bernie Bros they are ALL POC, mostly females who are far from priviledged.

She should thank her lucky stars Trump got the nomination. Had someone "competent" from the GOP won it, she would have little chance tbh. Her unfavorability rating is sky high.

Man just think if Paul Ryan really did get the nod.

He is so white bread he'd have an actual, genuine chance. For no other reason than hes just that bland.

Nah, I think someone like Basich would've given her a tough time. He's irl terrible BUT he can sell himself as the "sane" and "moderate" choice. Or someone like Huntsman. I know the son of a GOP Congressman and the last time I saw him he basically hinted at the higher ups trying to do everything they can to stage a coup in the convention. We'll see what happens...

Srsly. If Huntsman ran, I'd almost - almost! - vote for him. Coming out of office with a 60% approval rating is hella hard to do and when the Repubs hate you for being "too moderate" you're doing something right.

Sadly he's pro-life and Republican so that's a no for me but I can see how he would appeal to many Independents.

It's mostly a "what the hell does anything mean basically" kind of deal for me. We really need so much reform in politics and how our country is run in so many ways that I'm just kind of bouncing along for the wild ride o' theoreticals.
