I'm relieved lol The last 2 days were a constant nailbiting.
I kinda wanted to post that "the evil is defeated" gif but it just doesn't feel right esp. since the FPÖ keeps talking about "oh well see you in 2018" already and I just realized it's only 2 more years till then >_
Jeez, that are a lot of people that voted for him. It's scary if the canditate that is supported by all other parties (or wasn't he?) barely wins against the far right.
I'm soooo happy! That was way too close (for my nerves). Yesterday Strache talked about the happiest day in his career and now they lost! I wish I had seen his stupid face when he heard the news. Everytime I see his grin I want to hit him.
As a lifelong Green party supporter this should make me happy, but it's still so scary.
Now we have to wait what France does next year with the Front National to see if the shift to the right can be stopped.
And here in Germany our social democratic party is slowly digging it's own grave because they have compromised on to many of their values. And the poor, working class voters don't find themselves represented anymore.
I think I'll take for Swedish classes next semester so I can move there if Europe goes to shit again.

Today I'm just celebrating. Tomorrow I'll think about this 49,7%. But today I'll just celebrate that we actually do have a really good president now!
