It is, i'm happy that riot police were called b/c the protesters dispersed quickly after that. Those there to actually mourn the victims formed a human chain after they left. There were also quite a number of people actively trying to stop them from hounding the muslim men and women there to pay their respects. So while it is terrifying, i'm hopeful after seeing a number of people stand up to them.

This morning I heard about the Lahore explosion. OFC there weren't many statuses on fb expressing solidarity for Pakistan. Goes to show how much Muslim lives matter, I guess.
I agree if you're brown you don't matter. On randon FB articles when someone questions where the solidarity for Pakistan is the sentiment is usually, "They're all the same with blowing each other up so why does it matter? The people of Brussels are normal and would never really do this to each other." It's crazy and sad. People can't even mourn in peace.
