The out of control leak has forced thousands of residents to flee their homes. Gov. Brown’s sister is a paid board member at the company that owns the well.
It's really surprising how little attention this has gotten. I live in Long Beach, and only heard about this in passing because of potential school closures. Even then, it has been extremely watered down. It's very sad.
