I heard someone say that the judge knew this was going to happen and get the kid in more trouble. If he didn't give him parole first he would have been in juvie instead of regular jail.

Not sure if that's true.

I think the idea is that him violating his parole was going to get a harsher sentence, and the judge knew he'd fail it.

I mean it doesn't really sound that plausible, I just heard people saying this judge knew he didn't have the self discipline to keep to parole.

He would be let out after a certain age. You're right. my neighbor killed his dad at age 11 in our yard and is out and about after age 20 i believe.
