Was this the case where Fox News* was saying Obama should be embarrassed and ashamed since he claimed that the US is on top of its network security? Because if that's the case it's pretty misleading. The government is not in charge of twitter so it can't really control the security of that website.

* I mean of course, it's Fox News, but they were making a pretty big fucking deal about cyber security and I only heard half of it when I was in an office waiting to get treated for my ear infection.

I mean... even though the government is not in charge of Twitter, I'm assuming the rosters of retired generals and intelligence slides were not on Twitter in the first place, so some government database must have gotten hacked.
