I'm guessing the girls didn't advertise that they were 17 until after they were arrested for kidnapping, burglary, and larceny. It's probably like any other website that just has you click a box to confirm your age.

They're probably off the hook. I went an looked at their website and the terms of use does specify you have to be 18 in the TOS. its quite specific you must be 18 and trolling for people lying about their age are violations for both parties
