Ozil was originally going to donate to help with 11 children in a Brazilian hospital but since they won the WC he donated operations for 23 children (the same number as the team obvs.)
dear fans,
prior to the #WorldCup I supported the surgery of eleven sick children. since the victory of the #WorldCup is not only due to eleven players but to our whole team, I will now raise the number to 23. this is my personal thank-you for the hospitality of the people of Brazil.

IIRC - Manuel Neuer donated his gloves and maybe some other merch for his kid's foundation

Podolski is auctioning some of his WC memorabilia to support his kid's foundation that helps out underprivileged kids in his home (Cologne) and other areas

And Per Mertesacker usually does things through his BFG merchandise where the money goes to help kids and people with mental health issues (esp. depression IIRC)

And while I haven't heard anything about Lahm supporting any projects it's Lahm - he usually has something going on somewhere.

Also Argentina just donated all their runner-up money to Hospital Garrahan
