I saw some comments...at the source? On FB? I don't even remember, now, but one person suggested writing to the AFA, using a Harvey Milk stamp, and making the return address as the AFA's as well.

I've never read or heard anything whatsoever about accusations of pedophilia against Harvey Milk, so I'm going to go with option B.
