He was facing FOURTY-FIVE felony charges and didn't get convicted on a single one? Don't get me wrong, I'm delighted that he was convicted of anything at all (and even more delighted that he was fired), but this shitstain needs to be in jail.

They had to drop the felony charges because the police seized the tape without a warrant. (Per the judge overseeing the case.)

As much as I hate to say this, rules on what the police may and may not do to collect evidence are there for a reason. Too bad they couldn't cool their jets until a warrant came in so this asshole could go to jail.
