No. That is not Osage Ave today, or even roughly today. Osage Ave was completely rebuilt. It has since hit some pretty hard times, but not that hard. That is a picture from some time shortly after the fire. Head to Google street view and check it out.

I can't find any mention of the site being preserved. I can't imagine who would do that, like they did the church in Dresden. (a powerful image but even it has now been rebuilt)
