NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The Church of Scientology is coming to Harlem.

The church is building a multi-million dollarchapel and community center on East 125th Street between Second and Third Avenues.

Eh. The journalist said "many Harlem residents" but only quoted one unidentified woman. I think it has yet to be seen whether a church that will likely draw most of its attendees from outside the neighborhood will really contribute to the neighborhood.

isn't Harlem gentrifying? I thought an acquaintance just posted on FB about how she went back and all the black-owned stores are now muffin stores and, IDK< gentrifying shops. But I may be confusing my boroughs...
