Well, hopefully it's more like this: CRAZY LADY: OMG OBAMA IS AN ARAB! CRAZY LADY'S KIDS: *sigh* Yes, Mom. CRAZY LADY: It's true, I went to the library and looked it up! He's best friends with terrorists and wants to take his oath on the Koran! CRAZY LADY'S GRANDKIDS: *sigh* Yes, Grandma. Then when she leaves the room, they all talk about how they can't wait to vote for Obama in November.
Catherine Tate. She's a British comedic actress, and she was on Doctor Who's fourth season as the most kickass companion ever. And she called herself super temp.
I know. I'll just miss Donna the whole time. Then again I tend to enjoy all the companions in their own way. David and Catherine just worked so well with each other.
I'm sure I'll like whomever else the Doctor picks up next season, they always grow on me those companions. But what sucks is they can't bring Donna back (well, I mean, they probably can, those sneaky bastards, I just can't figure out how they'll do it). It pains me to think that Donna had to loose everything she gained in her time with the Doctor.
Oh, I downloaded it, and like started crying when Donna started started breaking and was crying for like... ten minutes after. It was so horrible. And she was begging him not to make her go back. :(
Anyway, next year is just holiday specials while David does Hamlet so hopefully I'll be all healed for the next full time companion which won't be until 2010.
Oy, vay.
