So yeah, college officials don't like sexual health stuff and are looking for any kind of reasons to shut them down?

Nobody was giving out condoms on the street corners of my campus (this was pre-AIDS, so there was less of an emphasis on that kind of protection, and more on birth control pills, which you could btw get for free at the student health service, with the prescription from your also free gynecologist visit), but if someone had, no one would have given a shit. Which is as it should be, afaic.
