But more to the point, I don't expect this to go away. Especially not when there is little to no incentive whatsoever for any corporation to stay in the US or use those lovely offshore accounts to protect their CEOs.
But I do think we can fix the tax code and close those loopholes. Why on earth are we giving oil companies money when they're making record profits? Why on earth are Congressional people able to vote on raises when their districts are hurting?
It's just impossible to put pressure on our government when we ourselves are broke. :/
