What if gun laws were like abortion laws?

What would gun rights look like in America if we treated them like abortion rights? That's a question a lot of people have been asking the last few days, and for good reason. Republicans are the primary opponents of gun control laws. They argue that gun ownership is a constitutionally guaranteed right and the government must not restrict that right

They can't actually enact it though unless SCOTUS overturns Roe v Wade, which is the real end goal of Personhood USA.

Yeah, they keep advocating for these outrageous laws so that someone can send a test case to the SCOTUS and get RvW overturned.

This is an excellent article. It says a lot that even my pretty anti-gun self would not support making prospective gun buyers watch movies of dead people or go through an fMRI.
