I'm looking forward to the_merf's special PVK post, but in the meantime I wanted to share this nice little video shot last May, about a typical day as he gets ready for the Olympic trials. My absolute favorite bit is where he eats lunch at Zingerman's (I LOVE Zingerman's!), but his core workout is a close second.
