why is it that the only times i ever find phelps attractive is when he's wearing his cap and goggles? any other time, i think: odd-shaped head, humongo ears, weird-ass teeth. but when i see him in the water with his gear on, he's pretty damn good looking?

LOL, I told my mom the other day that he should always keep the cap ON. It does wonders for him. I think a lot of the male swimmers look sexier with the cap on. ♥
