So peruvianjew and I (ivebeenburgled ) saw this picture and agreed that Phelps' thighs are delicious and bite-able and lovely. We think there should be more love for his thighs since there is always so much focus on his torso (not that I don't love that, too, you can tell from my icon).

So I think I'll start things off with a few shots of thighs in our favorite material...spandex.
