do any of have this picture without the horrible watermark? (the one on Ryan's face) I fail at finding pictures so if you know where I can find it I'd be really grateful! :)

I don't think I can help you bb, but that's a gorgeous photo.

Have any of you seen the press conference he did with Peter Vanderkaay at Worlds '07?

His expressions are PRICELESS during it. It's a longish video (just under 10 minutes) but so worth it (and you'll see why around the end - the whole room cracks up after Ryan tells this little story). The interview was done right after he won the Gold for the 200m backstroke and you could tell he was genuinely delighted, and several times his face completely lights up in this combination of bashfulness and happiness, just like in that photo.

Oh my God I'm watching it again for like the 4th, 5th time. I love him SFM in this video I could die. It's definitely one of my favourites of him, if not my favourite, period. He just seems relaxed, open and just, happy. And his expressions throughout ... I can't help smiling along to everything.

i loved the video.. i was laughing throughout. god.. every video of lochte makes me smile and lol. <3 his stories about his mom + medals and his coach were funny.. i'll probably watch it over and over.

Uggghh I know, the "I can't believe you did that!", "I just gave her a big hug and a kiss", and "SHAKE MY HAND!" parts kill me every time.

i loved the 'SHAKE MY HAND' part..
i also loved when he said that aaron peirsol was probably upset that he won 1st.. and how he said 'you did a great job too' to aaron.. lol

it would've been funnier if he had his grills on.. actually.. can you even talk when you have that thing on your mouth?

I imagine it's like any other retainer so while you can still talk, your words might come out a little funny. Haha, I'm glad he came sans grill. Leave the bling bling for the podium. Though if he whipped out mid-interview and put it on for effect that would've been hilarious.

Oh yes, I forgot the Aaron part. Hahahaha, lovveedd it :D So many classic moments in that interview. I made a freakin' Dailymotion account just so I could favourite it. Lol.
