A MONTH prior to the 42nd annual Comic-Con International extravaganza of comic books, science-fiction and fantasy in San Diego, California on July 11 to 15, the highly-anticipated schedule of Hollywood films and television shows have begun to roll out.
Leading this year’s otherworldly event is the finale for The Twilight Saga film franchise, Breaking Dawn, Part 2, which will appear in the famed Hall H, according to Variety.
Other upcoming blockbusters to make presentations with footage, stars and filmmakers include Iron Man 3 (with Robert Downey Jr reprising as Tony Stark alias Iron Man, pic), Man of Steel (the upcoming Superman film), and Guillermo del Toro’s sci-fi film Pacific Rim. Comic-Con, the world’s splashiest comic book event, attracts 130,000 attendees and features sessions with well-known illustrators, writers, film and television stars and directors.
