Okay, now that it's the afternoon and I'm more coherent, ALL FAVOURITE AMAZING MOMENTS OF AWESOME BELOW, beware MAJOR SPOILERS since it's basically the entire movie. Also, apologies for absurd length.

- Loki's entrance, actually, the whole prologue. The way he just got straight down to business and took control of Selvig and Clint is marvellous to behold, especially when he just basically walked straight out of the place and NOTHING could stop him at all.

- Coulson fanboying over Cap. TOO MUCH ADORABLE AWKWARDNESS.

- Loki, you sexy stylish bastard... Wait why are you grabbing that man? Wait what are you doing? What is that thing? HOLY SHIT OMASDKJFHALISDYFHAKJSDF AAAAAAAAH...

- Thor's entrance. Just, THOR'S ENTRANCE, and how he just grabbed Loki from the plane and flew off with a dumbstruck Iron Man and Cap left behind. It was a serious character establishing moment because you could see how badass each character really is even on their own. A super-team of all these people together....?!

- Thor vs. Loki dialogue. q_q You could really see the amount of pain and disappointment Thor has in his brother. And Loki just does not give a shit about anything (especially Thor) anymore. HE'LL DO WHATEVER HE LIKES. It was really heartbreaking to see Thor treat Loki that way, but at the same time you felt that he really was justified after seeing just how dangerous Loki has become. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING ACTORS. ALL OF YOU.

- Loki's "What did you want to say to me again Thor?/WTF?!" face.

- Thor vs. Iron Man (vs. Cap) whoever did the choreography is a genius. I love the way they wove everyone's skillsets and powers into the fight. Iron Man's liberal use of his repulsors to his advantage and Thor's (failed) attempt at electrocuting Iron Man just SUITED the characters so well.

- Any scene between Cap and Stark.

- Thor's "he's adopted." THAT IS NOT OKAY, NOT COOL THOR, NOT COOL. (But so hilarious. xD)

- Loki vs. Natasha. SHE HAD ME GOING, I THOUGHT LOKI HAD REALLY GOT TO HER. Kudos to both actor's acting as well. The line 'you are a monster' felt a little suss to me, BUT THEN, BUT THEN IT WAS MEANT TO BE SUSS and everything was okay again. Loki's expression after finding out he got played was absolutely priceless.

- Is Thor ever going to not fall for that trick? *shakes head*

- I already knew about Coulson's death, so I didn't really... feel so bad/suprised when it happened. D: I wish I hadn't seen that spoiler.

- THE ENTIRE THIRD ACT, HOLY SHIT.

- Loki: "... because they will be too busy fighting you." *tink*

- The confusion on his face when his staff hits metal. xD And HE TRIES IT AGAIN! I died, seriously, I DIED RIGHT THERE.

- Iron Man's Mark VII, the whole scene where it ASSEMBLES ITSELF ONTO TONY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AIR AS THEY'RE FALLING TO THEIR DEATH ALSHDFLKASJDFAFD

- Whole fighting montage with the team working together was superb, the amount of details they put in... and the TEAMWORK. It was nearing 3am and I just sort of slipped into this 'zone' just watching everything play out so fluidly. Hulk + Thor taking down the monster and then THE PUNCH had the whole audience laughing their heads of..

- LOKI YOU CAUGHT THE ARROW, HOLY CRAP, YOU ARE BADA- OH WAIT NO HAWKEYE IS MORE AWESOME BECAUSE THE ARROW EXPLODED.

- Loki vs. Hulk. I just, I understand why it was just about everyone's favourite moment. I love Loki and I was clapping and cheering when Hulk showed he simply DID NOT GIVE A SHIT about Loki's overblown ego and superiority complex thing. Hiddles was impressive when he began that speech too, I really wanted to see where he'd go with it, and it was amazing already how he stopped the hulk in his tracks just with his, uh, diction, his words. AND THEN THERE WAS AWESOME.

- When Tony mentioned he knew what he was going to do with the nuke. I don't even. That final rush was epic.

- When everyone realised Tony was still falling. HE WAS STILL FALLING. He's OUT OF POWER.

- Hulk yelling Tony back to life. Holy awesomeness. Whole theatre was laughing so hard, clapping and cheering all over the place.

- Personally I wish the ending/closing of the movie had been longer (just because I wanted to see more of everyone), but it was fantastic and perfect as it is.

- and OMG THANOS!

PERFECT MOVIE IS PERFECT.

Nothing on wasp/ant-man that I've noticed I'm afraid, but knowing Marvel once we get an Ant-man movie out (or even after a second viewing) we might start noticing a heap of hints. The ending was left incredibly open so any sort of sequel is acceptable.

And I'm glad you liked? the post, it turns out to be not nearly as coherent as I'd hoped, mostly reaction, but there really are so many good moments. It's not like a regular movie where you might remember probably one or two badass moments, this movie is just packed full of them one right after the other, because it has so many characters. :D

She had me going in that scene too!! Someone had told me that there would be a Silence of the Lambs moment, but I had no idea it would be so so _amazing_. And I seriously thought that Loki had got to her, even though we had seen before how good she is a playing vulnerable. But she _got_ him. She got him good.

AND COULSON!! WHEDON YOU LIAR YOU SAID IN THE INTERVIEWS YOU WEREN'T GOING TO, YOU LIAR. And I can totally see why they lied about it, it was such a powerful moment because you keep expecting him to get back up, because we know he's not dead. Right? Right?????? He's not dead, he's not dead, he's not...oh my god. He's really dead. The whole loud theater was completely silent during the aftermath of that shit.

But but but, Coulson might be alive, there's a thin chance. (Fury/Whedon, you're such a dick.) Of course, we probably won't get to find out until the second Avengers movie....

OMG, Hulk and Loki. HULK POWNS EVERYTHING. Out of so many hailarious, awesome moments, that was just the best. God, I died. The whole theater died.
