The King is now a Knight (anything is possible...)
Queen Margrethe II of Denmark celebrated her 70th birthday on April 16th and as these things go, lots of people were knighted, among them ontd_lotr's favourite Man, Viggo Mortensen! The title given to Viggo is “Ridder af Dannebrog” which translates into “Knight of the Danish banner”. (And no, he won't be adressed as "sir".)
Btw - the Queen herself seems to be a LOTR fan. Her illustrations were used for the Danish edition of The Lord of the Rings and the Tolkien Ensemble CDs.
