I mentioned this on another post and it is the theory I am FIRMLY STICKING BY:
Sideways-time Locke is actually Flocke.
Of this I am certain.
Although saying that, if that was Des trying to commit A Great Deed by killing off Flocke, I'm sure that he would have found a more efficient and guaranteed way of doing it. And they wouldn't have just dropped it in at the end of an episode.
I don't know if alt!Locke has been MIB the whole time, but I think it's distinctly possible that he is now, after the hitandrun. He sure looked... Flocke-ish when they showed his face on the gurney. Kinda pissed and scheming.
Lol. I remember they showed a close up of his eyes and it was just a really familiar kind of expression. But I suppose it could just be that he was pissed that he flat got run over.
lol yeah - like 'wtf just happend?" and at the same time "holy shit I died in another life and the son of a bitch who did it is walking right behind me!"
'On the other hand, the "son of a bitch" did just do everything he could to help me when I was hit by a car, so maybe I shouldn't judge him by what that other version of him did.'
i think that son had her epiphany when she got shot so she thinks locke is flocke, i dont think that he really is flocke because there hasnt been a single sinister moment from him to reveal otherwise
I definitely agree that Sun thinks he's Flocke... I can't think of any reason why she would have even recognized him otherwise, much less freaked out about it.
...Although that just made me think of something. Was Ben within Sun's line of sight when she was freaking out? Cuz if so, and if she does remember now, maybe it was him she was upset about.
Unless the scene is edited very differently in the actual episode, Sun is reacting to Locke on the gurney beside her. I don't think she can even see Ben from where she is.
Yeah, I thought that Ben was too far behind for Sun to see him, but as I was typing the thought occurred to me. WE SHALL SEE ONLY A LITTLE WHILE LONGER.
