The "Avatar: Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date may be closer than you think. The popular cartoon series aired last spring on Nickelodeon and according to the latest rumors "Korra" book 2 is scheduled to premiere in early spring 2013.
The "Avatar: Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date is expected to arrive in early spring 2013, which would line up with the first season's schedule. These rumors were only bolstered when two "Korra" season 2 voice actors tweeted that the epic cartoon's premiere release date is already set April 2013.
Hypable reported that April Stewart, who will join the cast for the "Avatar: Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date hinted that the show will return in April 2013 via her Twitter account.
Not too long afterward, David Faustino (the voice of Mako) confirmed the rumor that the "Avatar: Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date would arrive in April 2013, responding to a fan on Twitter.
"'@Lynner2010_O: @DavidFaustino New Korra? xDDDD' I think April, no??" @DavidFaustino tweeted.
Avatar fans were quick to ask Faustino plenty of followup questions regarding the "Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date, though they got little response. The voice actor simple added that April was just his best "guess."
Hypable isn't sure what to make of these Legend of Korra season 2 release date rumors. Here's their analysis:
Obviously this is not official confirmation. Before Book 1 he said he thought Legend of Korra was coming out in the summer, and he sounded more certain than with this new tweet. But considering April Stewart said April for season 2 too... who knows! Even if this isn't exactly correct, it gives us a good general idea.
Over at fanpop forums, Avatar fans seem more optimistic about the "Legend of Korra" season 2 premiere release date, pegging the show's return to March 23, 2013.

"All i heard was march 23, 2013, Mike & Bryan also said that the second book will be called spirits," added Makorra4547.
