Here's a silly idea, but in your profile, did you say "yes" to receiving both info from Pottermore and partners? That would be quite an absurd way to distribute the emails so it's probably a coincidence, but I registered on day 2, had "No" to the partners bit, and changed it on a whim a few days ago. Two days later I got my email.
It's more of a superstition than an actual hypothesis, but you know, just thought I'd share...

I registered on Day 2. I only got in about two days ago on one of the accounts. The other accounts I made for others still haven't gotten an e-mail yet either. It's very unfair. :(
