my HS English teacher, senior year, was into wrock music. He actually went to shows and stuff. I didn't like him so yea, I didn't talk to him about HP or anything.

I'm a rock/metal fan but can't get into wrock. It gives me secondhand embarrassment tbh. And most of them can't sing. :|

yeah. Their lyrics are hilariously over the top and in-your-face. I mean, you can totally write HP-themed songs with meaningful lyrics.

Most of the time I think they don't take themselves seriously though. XD

I was totally like that until I heard a few bands that were OK.... Try Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls (or Christian Caledeira himself, in his "muggle" album).... he can actually sing, and is a great songwriter.

i watched some documentary a few weeks ago about Wizard Rock and...honestly...it kind of frightened me. these people have groupies....yikes!

altho i did tell my husband that if i ever had my OWN Wizarding Rock band, i would call it Hagrid and the Huts.
