Pottermore Insider's latest announcement reads:
"We are pleased to announce that the walkthrough of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets will be available in two weeks, shortly after we open the doors of Pottermore to the general public.
We at Pottermore greatly appreciate the patience of users who have waited through our site modifications. Following your extensive feedback, we are in the process of implementing even more interactive features on the site. We hope that your experience reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets will be as enjoyable as possible.
Users who have purchased e-book versions of the Harry Potter series will find that they can also read through the chapters while completing their Pottermore walkthroughs. This feature will soon be enabled for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, as well as Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets when it launches in several weeks.
We are also pleased to announce that the Chamber of Secrets walkthrough will feature a great deal of exclusive content from J. K. Rowling! Here are some sneak peeks:
- A history of house-elves in Wizarding society
- Exclusive information about the Hogwarts founders, particularly Salazar Slytherin
- A brief excerpt from Magical Me! by Gilderoy Lockhart
Users will also find new interactive features, including the ability to explore Knockturn Alley.
Following the successful release of Chamber of Secrets, we plan to regularly release the remainder of Harry Potter books. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban will go live on Pottermore in mid-July (and will feature the ability to find out your Patronus, as well as much more exclusive information (OP Note: omfg, let there be information about Remus).
