#GleeAlong: Desperate Ryan Murphy Dictates More Empty Words; Darren Criss Tells Gay Kids How To Feel

Apr 23, 2014 00:25

In a continued sad effort to get positive twitter stats in the absence of decent ratings, miscellaneous cast and crew livetweeted Glee again last night. Here are a few highlights for people like me who were too lazy to read through all the crap.

Not so fast, Max! I think you mean, "aww thx attractive blonde assistant!" But don't worry, Ryan probably told her to write it, and probably meant to say he'll definitely bring back the gay kid who tried to kill himself so we can see if things got better for him. Ryan always keeps his promises; especially the vague ones.

Speaking of bullied gay kids, a fan claiming to be one sent Ryan a message about it, which inspired Darren to throw in his straight dude opinion on the issue of gay bullying.

I heard one time a black girl told Amber she was being bullied by racist "friends" in class and Darren chimed in with, "gurl being black is fucking awesome." No wait, that most likely didn't happen, I'm getting my facts confused with this tweet telling a black girl she looks like Jaden Smith. Anyway, it's fun to see Darren's consistent encouragement of tinhatting while being a presumptuous and overrated ally.

To end this post on a nice but sad note:

Anyone else spot more tweets worth discussing? I didn't read through them, but I heard the hashtag failed to trend. Can't wait to see if that's indicative of another sizable drop in ratings.
