oh wise one, tell me, was she able to do the splits all along or is this a new development? Because as far as I know unless you reach that level at your teens, human body won't allow you to just start at 26.

putting all glee related discussions aside, if you abide by a regular, specific workout regime ie. stretches/yoga/pilates/etc, it is very possible for a previously 'stiff' human body to become flexible at 26.. in fact it's even possible in your 40s or 50s, albeit a lot lot harder.. your body is still very young when you're in your 20s..
