Sadly, I think she's happy where she is. She gets everything she wants, top billing, and a PR boyfriend.

Lea wants a broadway movie, more than anything, lbr. If she gets anything that will get her there, she's never going to look back at Glee. She's just doing PR so she's not thought of as a disloyal or bitchy to work with. She already has that stigma.

You can always break a contract. Whether you would want to depends on what the penalty is. I'd have to see her terms to determine if she could wiggle out without a penalty.
