I think a lot of people who appreciate Poch's Spurs have been reluctant to lay much blame at his door for Chelsea. In some senses, they're right.
He isn't a rubbish coach who doesn't offer anything.

Poch and Chelsea were never a good fit. I think Poch's methods work best with scrappy clubs that have players with a lot to prove. But after Spurs I can see why he made the job choices that he's done, but it just hasn't worked out for him.
