OP: Done. I have today off (but I'm working on the weekend; criiii). It's the first time this week that the weather seems to be taking a turn for the better. I think that I have a dicky tummy and I need more probiotics in my life. Any recs? Preferably dairy free? Also, I need an energy suppliment (like a multi vit). Any recs too?
