I've been observing Chinese New Year for almost a decade now. I love how intentional it is compared to the Western New Year (in terms of cleaning your house, getting rid of things that don't suit, the rituals around food and money). I also find the horoscope to be a bit more relevant. Unfortunately, I can't do the food bit this year (as well as say, last year). Normally I'd go to a Chinese restuarant and have a slap up meal (fish, spring rolls, etc) but not this year.
Do you observe certain bits of the Chinese Lunar New Year? Even if it's just to just eat the food on this day?
