One of the reasons why Conte is leaving is bcause Chelsea didn't want to pay big money for the players that he wanted. Chelsea also want a coach who is supposedly willing to blood their academy talents into their first team.

It's ironic that Chelsea, the club who introduced the free wheeling spend is having to reign it back because they can't afford it anymore.
