It's taken from Mark Twain, when he says that if you want to get a difficult task done (swallow the frog) you do it the first thing/part in your day, instead of putting it off and dreading it. I'm trying to just swallow my frogs

That I don't know. Mark Twain was a 19th C American writer known for his wit as well as the novels Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. Shania Twain is a Canadian singer from a hardscrabble background who blew up (with all the attendant dramas).
