Guess making it 23 months would be too obvious.

EDIT for clarification: Apparently in Spain if you're sentenced to less than two years you don't have to serve your sentence. Still, it speaks volumes about his involvement.

You know where 21 months leaves him? With just enough time to come out of international retirement and play for argentina at the world cup after everyone else has sorted the qualifying for him.
