This I honestly didn't see coming. Considering that he rejected England's overtures twice as a youngster and choose Ireland instead (three of his parents were Irish, played Gaelic football) even though he has a Brummie accent and did his time in English academies, I'm still shocked, NGL. Tim Sherwood, man. He told Bentaleb to follow his heart (he could have played for France, England and Algeria) and he chose Algeria- a choice no one saw coming. Now Grealish and England? Hah! Hah! - Jack Grealish: The one that got away There's always been tension around how the Irish recruit from English lads and English academies. Harry Kane (he's Irish on his grandmother's side) was approached to play for Ireland, and he said no. Now with dwindling British players in the PL, you get the feeling that the relationship between the home nations (and Republic of Ireland) will become even more uneasy than it is now.

- Yevhen Konoplyanka has a dig at Premier League, claiming: 'If I didn't know how to control a ball I may have gone to England' LOL, I remember Son Hueng Min back in 2013/14 saying that he was happy in the Bundesliga because you never know who would win the title, and the PL was so predictable - and he's now in a Spurs shirt. So... you never know

West Brom 2- 3 Everton
Lukkaku scored and did this.
Berahino started the party for West Brom in the first place, drawing first blood
The game was fast paced, and it's interesting to see Everton's identity under Martinez. In a way, he's been growing in the job at Everton whilst Rodgers (over at LFC) has become smaller. Fine form for the Merseyside Derby this weekend!
Now that's a dive! Look at the form exhibited by James McCarthy (in blue). Such resplendent form deserved a yellow
Kone scored. I don't know much about him at all
OP: done! Thanks for tuning in! Cheers, jeers, corrections and commentary pushback you know the drill!
