First up: After the win against Macedonia, Sergio Ramos joins Xavi Hernandez and Iker Casillas in the list of players with the most wins for their NT! Yeah, that's right. The three players with the most international wins are Spanish. Ramos made it 94 wins that night, equalling him to the French Lilian Thuram and Egyptian Ahmed Hassam who are now retired players. Second: Did you all see Sergio's Panenka penalty goal in the Macedonia match? Pretty cool, right? Well, apparently he wasn't supposed to take that spot! According to Del Bosque, Cesc Fabregas was first on the list of penalty takers but Sergio decided to gallop around going "ME! ME! I WANNA TAKE IT!" Del Bosque says "There was a little debate between them, but it was not important." Mmm. Sergio asserting his dominance over Cesc... or Assistant Coach Toni Grande. Well, either way, Sergio Ramos asserting his dominance, rawr~
