Expecting a baby!

Ólína and Edda want a big family.

"I am now 13 and a half weeks along and we just started telling people," says Ólína G. Vidarsdottir footballer who is pregnant with her first child. Ólína and her Domestic Partner, Edda Garðarsdóttir live in Örebro in Sweden, where they play football with KIF Örebro DFF.

Team began training again on Monday and Ólína intends to continue playing. "I aim to train until Christmas. I am, however, taking it easier than before, and not practicing twice a day. I still try to be in every aspect of technology, football and play but I try to run less, "she says and adds that she's not sorry about retiring her football boots to deal with the new project.

"I am so ready for this. Therefore, I find it no trouble. I do not feel like I have to decide between. This project is number one, two and three with me now and the most important. I do not consider this a sacrifice, and if I need to stop playing football for a while then it's okay because I am going to be doing so much more enjoyable things in return, "she says and adds that it is nothing stopping her from continuing to play when the child is born. "I'm healthy and I do not feel any morning sickness. I'm a bit more tired and need to rest more but other than that I feel really well. "

They used to play in rival teams in Iceland, but fell in love in true Romeo and Juliet fashion.
Then they moved to Sweden and play on the same team, as well as with the Icelandic NT.
