A feisty Norwich came to the Bridge today, and despite Chelsea taking the lead through a fantastic Jose Bosingwa goal, they soon gave us a game of it, and Grant Holt capitalized on a hilarious Hilario in the second half the equalise. Things went from bad to worse for the Chels when Didier Drogba, in a challenge with the Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy, lost consciousness and had to be stretchered off. It was awful to see one of the fittest, strongest players in the prem - and such a stalwart for Chelsea - completely still. AVB then made two astute attacking substitutions - Malouda and Drogba off for Mata and Anelka, and reaped the benefits. Ramires earnt Chelsea a penalty when John Ruddy, running towards him in the penalty area, upended him, and Ruddy himself was sent off - ruddy right decision I say - which Lampsybung, being the beast he is at penalties, dispatched with swag by smashing it down the middle. Then, in stoppage time (we had 11 minutes due to Didier’s injury), wunderkid Romelu Lukaku, living the teenage dream by playing for Chelsea, had a shot that was saved, before Juan Mata, taking advantage of Ritchie de Laet losing the ball, scored the third for Chelsea. So a VERY eventful game, I’m relieved about the win, but so sad about Drogba. Get well soon bb! Have some photos!

Both Drogba and Torres started today. Again, Torres didn’t score, the sky is blue, etc.

Lovely team celebrations following the first goal! I love our team celebration pics, fine, fresh, fierce

That’s some bench!

There's your fraternity!

<3!

This was the challenge that done it :/ by the way, I will say this in no uncertain terms: people who were tweeting gloating messages about Drogba’s injury can go choke on some really hot coffee. The man was UNCONCIOUS ffs. I weep for humanity. Side eyeing everyone who wrote stuff like that ala Kunis rn:

Basically, this. This was Drogba’s first start in the league this season, and that goes and happens. SNOT FAIR. =(
#PrayforDrogba

He was not moving for so long, it was an agonising wait =( This was the event by the way, painful viewing:

And yus, I shit you not, there really were people tweeting stuff like "that's what you get for crying wolf." LET ME AT THOSE FUCKS. An injury to a player is *always* devastating. It's not a topic of trolololing when it happens to Chelsea, just so you
know.

Lampard restoring Chelsea’s lead <3

Told you he was a beast at pens!

I love him =)

Delia Smith, a MASSIVE Norwich fan and famous TV cook, was there. To top off an event-packed match, juan little man made his shot mata:

The little man is so little that Ivanovic literally has to crouch down to hug him, haha!

Two of our scorers celebrating together! Speaking of which, he looks a bit like a midget version of our gaffer, non?

So I’m imploring that you all #PrayforDrogba, man is a DON and needs to get better asap!

And, haters goin’ hate, but it don’t mata, because for now at least, Chelseabung are top of the league ;)

club: chelsea, juan mata, didier drogba, oh god please no, fernando torres, frank lampard, bungsten burner
