ETA: E-mail the UEFA at info@uefa.com and FCB at oab@fcbarcelona.cat to let them know that this is not acceptable behavior and that they need to take immediate action against this, because to simply state in words you are against racism in campaigns or through t-shirt slogans will never be enough.
